The new Ferrari 500 F2 kit is available with which Alberto Ascari won the 1953 England Grand Prix. With this single-seater the Italian driver won his second consecutive world title. The kit, included in the Tameo World Champion series, was designed according to our new simplification philosophy. It is a very detailed and faithful model but definitely affordable for everyone. The number of pieces is limited compared to the other World Champions made in the past and the extreme ease of assembly makes it an excellent base for both expert modelers and younger, less experienced modelers. The bonnet opens to reveal the perfect reproduction of the engine and the mechanical parts. For the first time we have produced some of the finest details in brass with the lost wax casting process to ensure greater strength. The kit includes parts in white metal, photoetching, turned aluminum wheels, double set of decals, small metal parts and rubber wires. We have also included a series of chrome rivets that are applied as a decal. You will see that they will have an amazing effect on the finished model!
