Riproponiamo un vecchio kit prodotto anni fa dall'azienda sudafricana THIS WAY UP, la Shadow Ford DN8 che fece il suo debutto al Gran Premio d'Olanda 1976 con al volante il pilota britannico Tom Pryce chiudendo la gara al quarto posto dopo essere partito dalla terza posizione. Progettata da Tony Southgate e Dave Wass, veniva spinta dal tradizionale motore Ford Cosworth DFV. Corse in tutto 25 Gran Premi tra la stagione 1976 e quella 1978 (ultima apparizione nel Gran Premio degli Stati Uniti-Ovest con al volante Clay Regazzoni). Ottenne una vittoria (Gran Premio d'Austria 1977 con Alan Jones), un terzo posto (Gran Premio d'Italia 1977 sempre con Jones) e in totale 9 arrivi a punti (7 con Jones, 1 con Pryce e 1 con Riccardo Patrese).

We are re-releasing an old kit produced years ago by the South African company THIS WAY UP, the Shadow Ford DN8, which made its debut at the 1976 Dutch Grand Prix with British driver Tom Pryce at the wheel, finishing the race in fourth place after starting from third position. Designed by Tony Southgate and Dave Wass, it was powered by the traditional Ford Cosworth DFV engine. It raced in a total of 25 Grand Prix between the 1976 and 1978 seasons (its last appearance was in the United States-West Grand Prix with Clay Regazzoni at the wheel). It achieved one victory (the 1977 Austrian Grand Prix with Alan Jones), one third place (the 1977 Italian Grand Prix, also with Jones) and a total of nine points finishes (seven with Jones, one with Pryce and one with Riccardo Patrese). ...
