The spin casting of white metal is an ancient but extremely effective method for mass-producing simple objects or complex geometries.
The metal is poured into the mold, filling the internal cavities by centrifugal force.
The molds, made of vulcanized silicon rubber at low temperature, have the right elasticity to extract components of difficult shapes, otherwise not achievable with the die-cast industrial process.
Our low temperature silicone rubbers allow us to use masters for vulcanization components made in many disparate materials: putty, resin, plasticard and various metals.
Once the mold is made, small batches can also be produced at affordable costs, significantly reducing production costs.
The maximum size of the molds is 350mm (diameter).
White metal is an alloy with a low melting point. It has an excellent surface appearance and large dimensional tolerance.
It responds to the galvanizing and painting process in an excellent manner.
