The photoengraving procedure (or more correctly called chemical blanking) is particularly indicated in the field of modeling for the production of thin and small parts.
The photo etchings are made in different metals such as aluminum, brass, bronze, nickel silver, common steel and stainless steel.
Depending of the materials, the components can be manufactured in different thicknesses starting from 0.076mm up to 2mm.
To produce the photo etchings, you need a photographic film in which to assemble the figures to be made.
With these films you can produce small and large quantities, even in later stages.
Minimum production of a single sheet in case of a new design.
For the reprint of a drawing already made, the minimum production is two sheets.
