We are excited to announce a forthcoming kit of the Alfa Romeo 183T. The elegant 183T was Alfa’s first turbo-charged car to compete in grand prix races, and we have selected the Monaco GP version where driver Mauro Baldi secured the car’s first point with a 6th place finish. Andrea de Cesaris retired early in the event with gearbox trouble. The 183T extends our recent series of Alfa Romeo designs, and is one of the more memorable and beautiful silhouettes from the early 1980s. The kit is being designed to be as straightforward to assemble as possible and will appeal to builders of all experience levels.
